• Function

1.Controlling oil flow direction: The valve plate is equipped with specific oil channels and valve ports. By cooperating with the movement of pistons and other components, it controls the flow direction of hydraulic oil, enabling the travel oil motor to drive the excavator's tracks to move forward, backward, turn, etc. For example, when the excavator needs to move forward, the valve plate guides the hydraulic oil to enter the corresponding chamber of the travel oil motor to push the motor to rotate in the forward - driving direction.

2.Regulating oil pressure and flow: The valve plate can regulate the pressure and flow of hydraulic oil according to the working requirements of the excavator. During heavy - duty operations, it can increase the oil pressure and flow to ensure that the travel oil motor can output sufficient torque; during fine - operation or low - speed movement, it can reduce the oil pressure and flow to achieve precise control.
